Jaritza Taveras
Director of Community & Government Affairs
As the Director of Community and Government Affairs at Manhattan North Management, Mrs. Taveras is tasked with creating and maintaining relationships with tenants and community stakeholders.
Taveras' collaborative efforts have strengthened the company's relationships with elected officials, community based organizations, religious groups, the District Attorney's office and local police precincts.
Previously, Taveras worked for the Manhattan Borough President, Scott M. Stringer, as the community liaison. She represented President Stringer in East Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood for over three years.
In 2004, Taveras graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the State University of New York at New Paltz. She graduated with a Master in Public Administration from the City University of New York at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2014.
