Joseph A. Tahl
President and Co-Founder
Joseph A. Tahl is President and Co-Founder of Tahl Propp Equities. He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, financing and capitalizing acquisitions for the firm as well as creating and implementing the business plan for each asset.
Prior to founding Tahl Propp Equities with Rodney M. Propp, Mr. Tahl was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The Athena Group, a real estate capital investment firm based in New York and majority owned by A. Alfred Taubman. Previously, Mr. Tahl spent five years as associate general counsel with The Trump Organization and was associated for three years with the real estate development law firm of Dreyer and Traub. Mr. Tahl is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and earned his J.D. at the Washington College of Law of American University. Mr. Tahl is a lifetime member of the NAACP.
