Mr. Spring is responsible for all day to day management and construction operations of the firm. His responsibilities include the oversight of all of the firm's residential, retail and commercial assets in New York and New Jersey.
Prior to joining Tahl Propp Equities he was Vice President of Property Management for Forest City Ratner Companies and Director of Development and Property Management for Ridge Hill Development Corporation. Mr. Spring earned a BS in Business Finance and Marketing Management from Siena College. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM).
